Zogby Saturday: McCain Outpolls Obama on Friday, 48-47%

~~By InsightAnalytical–GRL

OK, I’m not a big believer in Zogby and the headline is from Drudge (via a late night comment at NQ)…But I just want to relish this anyway and post it for the hell of it!  Just want to savor SOMETHING for at least a moment!! LOL!!

ZOGBY: McCAIN MOVES INTO LEAD 48-47 IN ONE DAY POLLING

ZOGBY SATURDAY: Republican John McCain has pulled back within the margin of error... The three-day average holds steady, but McCain outpolled Obama 48% to 47% in Friday, one day, polling. He is beginning to cut into Obama's lead among independents, is now leading among blue collar voters, has strengthened his lead among investors and among men, and is walloping Obama among NASCAR voters. Joe the Plumber may get his license after all...

  5. Any moment that shows Obama knocked off his media induced lead is a good moment.

Zogby is doing his SOP hedging: in 2000 he stopped goosing W’s numbers – was the only one showing Gore ahead, close call days before the election, then claimed “most credible status” for years.
He is been helping Obama in the primaries (Caliornia, NJ, NH – remember?) but is trying now to buy back his credibility. So, this must be real.

  7. Yes, I remember his doing that, Edge! In fact, I recall him on the Daily Show years ago…and how he was basking in the glory about being the most accurate over one Presidential race, I can’t remember which!!

  8. It’s going to be something. I know my wife and I have a number of traditionally Dem friends and they have all converted…at least to vote McCain.
